Wheels are boring & too small, those stripes are like ummmm . . . crap :/ You're right, save the money & put it towards something else.

How is that a waste of money? Wheels, full body kit, short shifter, etc. For $3500. As far as STI bits go, this has to be the best value package Subaru has put out for some time. Doesn't the Aero kit for the 86 alone cost only a few hundred dollars less than this?

    Those wheels are crap.

I thought my point was pretty clear: that the 'special edition' kit is good value; and by pointing out that the S pack is 8K, you've just made it that much clearer.

In my opinion the aero kit looks like crap. The difference is, this kit includes both a body kit and wheels and interior bits. Whether or not people find this kit pleasing (just like the aero kit) is entirely subjective. I've seen those wheels in the flesh, and they are the best looking wheels for the twins hands down in my opinion.

And sure you could buy a short shifter alone. But that would cost a fair bit. Frame it however you want, but $3500 for side skirts, a front lip, rear pods, a rear diffuser, a spoiler, a short shifter, STI wheels made by Enkei, and additional features to the paint is excellent value.

Makes you wonder why they wouldn't just give it some more power already. While I think the kit is great value, I also think that it's about time that Toyota and Subaru do something that the market is actually demanding.

Im don't see anything special about a 'dress up kit', but that's just my opinion. It smacks of cynical marketing to me, without enhanhancements that actually enhance the car

Agreed if you wanted a dress up kit its far cheaper than buying the genuine bits and it all covered under warantee.

They left out the bits that enhanced handling ie STI springs and body stiffner & strut brace.

If you want performance enhancements ie power or handling then look elsewhere you can do far better for cheaper but no warantee all depends what your after

It just reminds me if the kit Rio they released with the shirts and and stripes and hood scoop
    It's a little bit corny
    Those racing stripes
And the whole black kit and those skirts don't look right at all

But to me it's a waste of money tbh

I doubt they will bring in more power untill at least the ft1 comes out
As it will overshadow it's arrival

I don't think we will see a boosted factory one for a while.

Maybe if the gazzoo built one does a special run of limited numbers but that would still be a way off

There still selling like crazy and with the new update just released.
    I wouldn't hold our breath

I wouldn't mind a factory supercharged one coming out

But if they do it would just be the 2.5l from the sti I dare say they will use.

18" rims may be more preferable for aesthetic purposes perhaps, but the car wasn't designed for 18" rims, so for performance purposes most likely not.
