Toyota To Boost Scion Range

The automaker MoToyota To Boost Scion Rangetor Corporation (NYSE:TM) has said it will add new models to its line up next spring to come back to the affordable performance realm.

The new 2013 sports car will come with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.

In Europe, will be sold as 86 and it will be named as Toyota in Asia.

Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE:TM) said, “The core goal of the car was achieving pure balance. The balance begins with the strategic use of the world’s only flat boxer engine in a front-engine, rear-wheel drive configuration. The engine’s compact size and flat shape allow it to be mounted midship and extremely low, giving the car a dynamically favorable front-to-rear weight ration of 53:47 and a low center of gravity comparable to some exotic supercars”.

Toyota Motor Company (NYSE:TM) shares were at 63.7 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a -10.0% change in the stock price over the past 3 months.
